Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup 115 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup 200 g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup 40 g cocoa powder
  • ½ cup 65 g all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup 90 g chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Prep — Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients — In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until glossy.
  • Add Dry Ingredients — Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  • Fold & Bake — Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top. Bake 20–25 minutes until the center is slightly set.
  • Cool & Slice — Let brownies cool completely before slicing.
    Pro Tip: For the perfect texture, slightly underbake and chill before cutting!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
To freeze, wrap slices individually and store up to 2 months.
